HEARTH (Homeless Emergency Assistance and Rapid Transition to Housing): The HEARTH Act is the first significant reauthorization to the Kc-Kinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Program and it allocates funds to homelessness prevention, rapid re-housing homeless families, and providing permanent supportive housing for homeless people with disabilities.
